Are the things handmade?

Yes, we design and produce in-house. We are part of  the movement ‘fair’ for a slow production fashion brand. We do not produce outside of Berlin, Germany.

Is it safe to order online from your page?

YES! It is definitely safe to order from our page. We programmed our web-store with SSL (secure socket layer) which will encrypt your information when sending it into the internet. This is one of the most advanced security methods available because it creates an unbreakable code before the information is sent. This ensures that no third party can intercept and decipher the information.

How can I register for the Newsletter?

It is easy! 🙂 At the bottom of our home page you will find it <click>. You just need to enter your email and confirm it from your inbox. Due to German regulations and customer protection laws we work with double opt-in to make sure you want to hear from us. You can also decide to stop receiving our Newsletter at any time by scrolling down and clicking ‘Unsubscribe’.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is not a minimum order value.

What happens with my data?

Do the prices include all the taxes for international shipping?

The price of the item is alone for the item included German VAT. All extra importing taxes are excluded. Shipping fees for your country will be displayed in the cart.

Is there any order limit?

Yes, we can ship up to €2000 per order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer.

***Japan customs limits personal use items to 24 pieces per shipment.

Which company do you use for your shipments?

We work with DHL. We ship the orders from Berlin.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept direct bank transfer, Paypal, Paypal Express, Credit card, SEPA (direct debit), SOFORT, Giropay.

When will I receive your bank details for transfers?

After your online order (purchase) you will receive an email with the invoice and the Bank details to proceed with the transaction. To make the delivery faster you can send us a print screen of the bank transaction.

How do I clean/wash the products?

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us <email> immediately with a detailed description of the damaged specifying if it arrived damaged or if it was damaged afterwards. Each case will be treated individually. For more detailed information you can also look our Terms and Conditions.

What happens when an order is sent back to us?

Usually the orders that are not delivered directly to you are taken to the post office and remain there for 7-14 days in most cases. If you haven’t picked up the package by then, the order will be sent back to us. We will contact you further to discuss how we proceed next.
